Lesson 7 - Anticipate Their Needs
Be The Dad You Wish You Had - Ryan Roy

The video below is NOT a word for word reading of the book. It is the author giving a different perspective on the text to help YOU get a deeper understanding of the material
The needs of a newborn are fairly simple. There are essentially three times a baby cries:
1. When they are hungry
2. When they are, wet or soiled
3. When they are in need of attention/comforting
When you are able to create a schedule that adheres to their needs, your child will cry less often.
Track when you feed your child, when you change your child, and when your child goes to sleep and for how long. After the first six weeks, they will start to develop a routine. If you are consistently addressing the NEEDS before they become a concern for your baby or child, your child will not have to speak in the form of crying as often.
