Since 1987, Chip has thrived as a Sales Engineer with Trane Technologies, where he has forged lasting connections with engineers, contractors, and owners alike. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently delivered outstanding results, establishing himself as a trusted professional in his field.

While Chip's professional achievements are undoubtedly impressive, his true fulfillment stems from his role as a devoted father to his three remarkable children: Dane, Colby, and Chase. Chip's commitment to their growth and development led him to actively engage with them as a sports coach during their formative years. From coaching baseball, basketball, soccer, to flag football, Chip's flexibility, fueled by the support of his career, allowed him to be an integral part of their athletic journeys.
